We sit with your team - managers, engineers, operators, the people in the process every day. We map it end-to-end and find where there's room to save time. We also bring lessons from dozens of projects, so we know where the biggest savings usually are.

Solution design
We design the solution and run the business case - what the process costs today, what it costs after, when the investment pays back. If the math doesn't work, we say so before we start. A process demo is included so we can test the automation together.
PHASE 03 · 6–12 WKS
Build
Working software typically in 6–12 weeks. We work in two-week iterations with regular checkpoints. We deploy partial releases continuously so you can actively take part in testing and stay across the build end-to-end.

How fast do you ship?
First working software in 6–8 weeks, not at the end. Two-week increments, weekly demos. The 2-week AI Start engagement gives you a defensible business case before a single line of production code is written.
Where are you based and which time zones do you cover?
Prague, with regular travel to the US. We work fluently across CET, UK, and US morning hours, close enough to overlap a full working day with both Europe and the US East Coast.
What languages do you work in?
English, Czech, and German, across both written and spoken work. Documentation, model assumptions, and stakeholder reviews can land in whichever language your team operates in.
Do you replace our team or extend it?
